Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you are outside of the United States and your country is not listed in the drop down menu in our checkout process, please let us know and we will do what we can to make purchasing available to you.

Shipping

Standard delivery rates are based on order shipped by the following carrier:

US Postal Service. Our customers swear by our fast shipping which is USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days delivery) but please allow sufficient time to reach you. Once it leaves our hands, we have to rely on the USPS for prompt delivery. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment. Please feel free to call us if you have not received your package after the allotted shipping process. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. The option for insurance is given during the Paypal checkout process only. It is the customers responsibility to add and pay for insurance on each/any order purchased.

If you require something special for example shipping to hotels, campgrounds or tournament headquarters please give us a call and we will make it happen.

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you're unhappy with your order, contact us by email or by phone within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Items being returned must be in their original package accompanied by the original packing list. We cannot refund shipping charges. All of our packages are sealed thoroughly and weighed. If you receive an opened package, you have the right to refuse it and file a claim with the USPS.
