VINNERBAITS PHOTO CONTEST: OFFICIAL RULES

All submitted entries must have a Vb bait included in the photo. Odds of winning are dependant on number of entries. The sponsor of the sweepstakes is VINNERBAITS, LLC (the "Sponsor").

Entries for this contest are only accepted online. To enter, send all photos to vinnerbaits@hotmail.com. There is no limit to entries submitted of any species of fish. The Vb staff will choose the top photo after submission period ends, which is the last day of each month. Choice of winning photo is at the sole discretion of Vb staff and may change at any time up until an official announcement of winners (after email reply) is made. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

Prizes offered change each month and will be listed and shown here on this webpage.

Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner, which will be the next contestant with the most votes. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Each months' winning photo will be posted on our website with winners name, age, and city/state. Additional testimonials are appreciated and will also be posted next to winning photo. Winners under the age of 18 need permission from supervising adult to enter and be considered for winning photo.
